We promote hard work, dedication and serious commitment! Regardless of your preexisting level of fitness, our aim is to make you STRONGER, FASTER, HEALTHIER! Giving your best every day in the gym won’t be pretty, but it will make one hell of a journey towards being the best version of yourself!

Why Black Hammer and not your typical neighborhood gym? Well, the answer is pretty simple, here you will encounter an amazing, close-knit community, open and positive-minded, that will encourage and cheer for you to hit your PRs on a daily basis 😀
Here are some details about our programming:
A 60-minutes class designed to improve your overall fitness, using strength, speed, agility, endurance and conditioning with movements inspired from all kind of different sports, like weightlifting, gymnastics, track & field. Every training cycle includes new and improved strength programs for Rookies and Pros alike, and the hardest workouts for you to sink your teeth.
For newbies there is a special strength program that you need to complete for an unknown period of time depending on your performance and commitment. The conditioning section will be completed with the rest of the community.
A 90-minutes class specifically designed for more advanced athletes, who aim to take part in the CrossFit Open or at similar competitions, but also who love the much challenging grind. It is not recommended for rookies, until they build up to a stronger foundation, so injury can be avoided. Not to worry, our coaches will give you a proper assessment before advancing to this more skillful programming, if that is what you desire. Besides a vigorous strength and conditioning programming, we will challenge you with high-skilled drills for Muscle-ups, Handstand Push-ups, Pistols, Double-unders, Butterfly Pull-ups, Handstand Walks, so that you can become an all-rounded athlete.
If you already follow a specific programming, don’t worry, we can accommodate your needs as well, putting all our equipment at your service.
HOW TO BECOME A BLACK HAMMER MEMBER
Select “Schedule” -> Click on the desired Class -> Select “Sign Up” -> Choose Membership option and click on “Register”-> Complete all necessary fields and click on “Continue”-> Click on “Sign up” -> Log out -> Check email for Log-in information (unique password) -> Complete Log-in using your email adress and unique password -> Select a new password and click on “Save” -> All set!
After creating your account, click the bellow button to download Zen Planner on your mobile phone. You must use this app:
1.to book your spot, at least one hour prior to the selected class
2.to cancel your reservation if need be, at least one hour prior to the selected class
3.to check the training program that you’ll be following
4.to upload your daily results in order to keep track of your performance.
And yes, all these are equally important and mandatory!
